Payment Terms and Conditions

Payments will be credited on the date received so long as 1) payment is made by check drawn in U.S. dollars on a U.S. financial institution, 2) received at the address noted above, and 3) received by 5 P.M. (Eastern Time). Payments received after 5 P.M., but which otherwise meet the criteria above, will be credited as of the next day.

Late Fees:
All accounts not paid in full by the statement due date may be charged a $25.00 late fee.

Returned Checks:
The return of a check issued to Corner Web Studio will result in a $50.00 service charge per check returned.

ChargeBacks:
There is a $50.00 charge-back processing fee which will be added to the account balance for each Credit/Debit Card ‘charge-back’ related to the services provided by Corner Web Studio.

Payment under this provision shall not prevent Corner Web Studio from seeking to obtain other legal remedies, both civil and criminal, including but not limited to, other expenses, damages, court costs, attorneys fee’s and statutory interest.

Corner Web Studio reserves the right to change these Policies without prior notice or warning.

This policy was last modified and published on February 1, 2006 and supersedes any and all previous polices governing the Corner Web Studio Payment Terms and Conditions.
